Founded in Paris in 2025 by a collective of experienced professionals from both Brands and the creator economy, Being Ernest was born out of the recognition that creator marketing is entering a new era. Brands no longer treat influencers as a secondary media channel or a line item in the marketing mix. Instead, they realise that creators are cultural shapers who influence consumer perceptions, trends, and behaviours at scale.


At the same time, creators are building businesses, communities, and influence far beyond what most traditional agencies or consultancies ever anticipated.


Our name, Being Ernest, is a declaration.


We are earnest — authentic, transparent, and serious about creator marketing. We believe the industry needs less hype and more honesty. Brands need guidance they can trust; creators need support that respects their craft.


We exist to bring both sides together in a way that is mutually beneficial, sustainable, and measurable.
